Returns & Refunds

If your order does not arrive at the shipping location, a refund may be available pending proof of non-delivery and/or lost product in transit. Please contact us if your order has not arrived.

If you have received your order and are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Items that are defective may be replaced pending a review by our Returns Department. If an item has arrived damaged and needs replacement, please contact us to take further steps.

Please note requests for refunds for unsatisfactory purchases must be processed within 7 days from the date of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee.
